Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. For any additional questions, CONTACT US. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your apparel so we can suggest the best size for you!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! CONTACT US with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillments team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How long will it take to get my order?

Dispatch time is 4/7 days. Delivery will follow 2 business days later.

Due to COVID- 19, our carriers might experience slight delays in shipping. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email.

Refund

How do I return my order?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can CONTACT US. We will give instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns are to be sent by the buyer, we do not cover return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I exchange my order?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to CONTACT US for the return address then return the item to us.  As-long as there is a note inside the package stating your order number and what you would like the order exchanged to we can dispatch the exchange within 1/2 working days.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and CONTACT US immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
